• During August 2026, the 18 Design and Development Deliverable Expectation Documents (DEDs) submitted by the vendor underwent DSH review. • The CDT IPO team notes that several DEDs are past their planned review and approval completion dates, with only three marked as “complete with all signatures” as of August 31, 2026. • The concentration of DED reviews and deliverables due within 120 days of the contract start (due in September 2026) may constrain review timelines and impact final quality. • There is the potential for delayed work as deliverable activity cannot commence, as per the vendor contract, until the associated DED is approved.
