Risk #108, which pertains to the project's expenditure rate, has been officially closed following the submission of the draft Special Project Report (SPR) for project closure. As part of the ongoing review process, the reassessment and necessary adjustments to the project budget are being carefully evaluated within the SPR2 package. This review aims to ensure that financial allocations align with project needs, objectives, and closure requirements while maintaining fiscal accountability and compliance with established budgetary guidelines.

SCP Phase 1 and Phase 1.2 M&O continue to be managed by the existing vendor, ensuring ongoing support.
