• The CDT IPO team was provided access to Project environment resources, such as SharePoint and Jira and select Project meetings. • The CDT IPO team is actively collaborating with Project leadership to align on additional meeting access. • The Project opened issue #1711 on July 22, 2026, to track substantial technical and logical deficiencies in the Project schedule submitted by the vendor. • The IPO team will continue to monitor the progress of the Project schedule deliverable including the submission of the remediated schedule due August 12, 2026. • The vendor initiated on-site discovery sessions at DSH hospitals to understand how clinical staff operate in order to inform functional and non-functional requirements. • The vendor submitted 13 Deliverable Expectation Documents (DEDs) for approval; DSH is reviewing the DEDs and will provide feedback. • The IPO team began attending the EHR Weekly Risk and Issue meetings in July.
