• A Quality Management Plan should be developed. The Project is at risk without key quality metrics, a methodology to measure, reporting thresholds and identification of roles and responsibilities as it relates to quality management. • The Project has used working sessions with the vendor, DFW and the Independ Validation and Verification consultant to improve the acceptability and content expectations in submitted deliverables; however, this concern will remain open until the documentation catches up with the schedule milestone dates. |
