Project Overall Health | Comments |
---|---|
The Project’s overall health rating remains green for March 2023. • The project completed all activities related to the WMVARS in-car implementation and Body-Worn Camera (BWC) Pilot in January 2023 and has no pending tasks until the initiation of BWC statewide implementation. • Activities for BWC statewide implementation are estimated to start upon the availability of BCP funds estimated in July 2023 • The project submitted the final Special Project Report (SPR)# 2 and Project Delegation Request (PDR) to CDT for approval in December 2022. • The SPR# 2 to re-baseline schedule, scope, and costs for the statewide implementation of BWC was approved on 3/17/2023. • The PDR requesting delegation for the BWC statewide implementation was not approved since the project costs were above the delegation limit. • The CDT rated the BWC implementation as low criticality and complexity and consequently will not have active oversight of the statewide implementation starting in July 2023. The CDT will continue to review monthly Project Status Reports (PSRs) and attend the Executive Steering Committee (ESC) meetings to track the progress of the project. • Additionally, the CDT will not be issuing the monthly Independent Project Oversight Report (IPOR), starting April 2023, due to no pending tasks currently and the low criticality of the remainder of the project. |
