The expansion will provide a department based secure electronic platform for internal and external customers, cohesive document resources, enhanced information security, and reduced workflow processing time frames.

Scope Management |
• Project sponsors made a decision to add the integration of several BOTS into the ECM solution. These BOTS are currently integrating with QW and will be re-purposed for Alfresco. BOTS development is estimated to be completed by February 2025 and testing will be conducted during the stabilization period. The project has reported no impact on costs or planned end date from this change in scope. • The System Integrator (SI) vendor provided a draft of the overall Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) to the DMV and IV&V in October 2024. IV&V review of the RTM is pending. • The RTM for Wave 1 was approved by DMV and submitted to CDT in October 2024. |
Resources |
• The project reported 14 redirected, and new state staff were engaged in addition to the vendor staff. State resources are contributing to implementation and testing activities as needed to complete tasks, though they are not allocated to the project full-time. With the implementation activities progressing, the IPO has no concerns. |

The UAT is on-track for completion by target date of 2/7/25. • FODI/ EASE- integration testing started on 12/17/2024 and critical defects are being resolved.
