Project Overall Health | Comments |
---|---|
The LSS Project oversees the DMV’s legacy systems’ maintenance, operations, and stabilization while the DMV migrates its business functions and data to the new Digital Experience Platform (DXP). A governance process is in place, and weekly sponsor and steering committee meetings include schedule, cost, and escalation items. After carefully considering and reviewing the LSS Project’s scope, historical progress, and the SPR submitted in June 2023, the CDT IPO has downgraded this project’s complexity to ”Low.” As such, CDT IPO’s active oversight of the LSS Project is no longer required, and the June 2023 IPOR will be the final IPOR released. |
