The Cost Recovery Management System (CRMS) Project status remained in Green status as the project continued meeting its internal milestones. ▪ Release 1 Analysis, Requirements, Design and Development Phases continued as planned with no concerns noted. ▪ The Independent Project Oversight (IPO) manager will continue to monitor the project progress against approved baselines.

•This focus area remained in Green status as there are currently no time management concerns noted. •During this reporting period, the IPO manager noted no concerns in continued concurrent project’s Release 1 efforts (analysis, Requirements, and design and development activities). •Release 1 Software Design was approved on 6/22/2020 and Data Conversion Increment 2 Complete as planned. •System Test Script Writing and Software User Manual (SUM) activities began as planned.•The IPO manager will continue to assess the project progress against approved baseline schedule and will discuss any schedule variable concerns with the project team.
